This project in Frinton-on-Sea focused on improving both the condition and overall finish of the roof, which had become uneven in colour and worn through years of exposure. Rather than replacing it, the goal was to restore and upgrade what was already there.

Alongside the main roof work, the chimney was repaired, coated, and insulated, bringing it back into line with the rest of the roof and ensuring it performs as it should. Addressing these areas together helps avoid weak points and creates a more complete result.

The difference is clear once the work was finished, a more uniform appearance, improved protection, and the added benefit of insulation to support the roof’s long-term performance.
