This roof restoration project in Point Clear, Clacton-On-Sea was completed for a young couple who were looking to improve the performance of their roof rather than replace it. After initially contacting Properla to find out more about insulating their roof tiles, they got in touch with The Clever Coating Company to carry out the work.

The existing roof was restored using a specialist system designed to improve protection and insulation while completely refreshing the appearance of the property. Finished in a striking blue-black colour, the transformation has given the home a much cleaner and more modern look.

The completed result shows how roof restoration can do far more than improve appearance alone, helping to insulate the roof tiles while also giving the property a fresh new finish that stands out for all the right reasons.
