Case Study

This project involved two neighbouring properties, both looking to improve the condition and appearance of their roofs. Over time, the tiles on each property had become weathered and discoloured, leaving the roofs looking tired despite still being structurally sound.

Alongside the renovation work, one of the properties also had a chimney removed below the roofline, creating a cleaner, more streamlined finish. Both roofs were then treated with a specialist system, restoring a consistent appearance while improving protection against the elements.

The result is two refreshed roofs side by side, showing how roof renovation can enhance both individual homes and the overall look of neighbouring properties while improving long-term performance.
